What is a hotel PMS?
A hotel PMS (property management system) is the software that runs a hotel’s daily work: reservations, check-in and check-out, the guest folio and invoice, room status for housekeeping, and reports. In the more complete systems, accounting, government integration and room control are part of it too. iHotel is one example of a hotel management system.
