Hotel PMS pricing: how iHotel’s plans work
iHotel, the hotel management system, is sold as an annual licence per property, in four plans: software only, two smart-room plans, and everything. The mini-PC the system runs on is priced separately. The price depends on the number of rooms and the plan, so we send a quote once we know your hotel.
The four plans
Each plan is stated for what it actually includes, not as “everything above, plus”. A room plan is the energy layer with the desk software that runs it.

Six months one plan higher
Every hotel starts one plan above what it contracted for, free, for six months from installation, then settles into the plan it pays for. Nothing recorded during that time is deleted.
Renewal
Reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days before renewal, then a 14-day grace period. After that, reception, the locks and invoicing keep working; only the back-office screens close until you renew.
