Front desk & reservations
Booking, arrival, departure and the invoice — in minutes, not in ledgers and scattered spreadsheets.
From the moment a room is booked to the last invoice of the night — and from the door key to the night close — one system, on a server inside your own building.

Software on its own, or with the rooms Your data is kept in your building Arabic and English
Not one program for the desk, another for the books, a third for the rooms, and a fourth that talks to none of them. One that knows all of it.
The server is in your building. Internet down? The desk keeps checking guests in and the rooms keep working.
Screens, invoices and reports in Arabic, right to left — not a translation layer bolted onto a foreign product.
What it does
You do not need to know how it works. You need to see what it takes off your desk.
Booking, arrival, departure and the invoice — in minutes, not in ledgers and scattered spreadsheets.
Every room states its own condition: occupied, being cleaned, ready for the next guest. The supervisor sees what is finished without asking.
The hotel's books keep themselves, and the invoice comes out right the first time — not at month end, and not after somebody re-checks it by hand.
The room knows when the guest walked in and when they left: it warms up and lights up for the arrival, and shuts itself down afterwards.
A guest orders in the restaurant or the café and the charge lands on their room — no docket carried across the lobby, no room number misremembered.
Tonight's occupancy, this month's revenue, and where the money went — on one page, not in ten spreadsheets stitched together by hand.
Inside the app
Screens from the running system — not illustrations of one.
How it works
Not a feature list — who actually touches it, and what they see.
The night close finishes before you wake: yesterday's revenue counted, the entries posted, the reports printed. You open your phone to the number, not to the work. Empty rooms switch off their own air conditioning and lights (with smart rooms) — so you pay for what was actually used, not for a room running all night with nobody in it.
Check-in and check-out in minutes: the card is written at the desk, the invoice comes out right, and a stay extends or closes without a phone call to the floor. The room joins the cleaning list on its own the moment a guest leaves.
Each attendant sees their own rooms on their own device, and the supervisor sees what is done and what is late — on the same screen the front desk is looking at, not a separate whiteboard.
Checkout from their own phone, no queue at the desk. Their room is lit and cooled before the door opens (with smart rooms) — a first impression that needs no apology.
Energy (with smart rooms)
After payroll, electricity is the biggest bill in the building. iHotel meters every room, stay by stay, against its own savings baseline — so you see exactly what an empty room was costing you, not a guess.
When the guest leaves, the room eases off the air conditioning, drops the lights and cuts the sockets, without anyone being asked to do it — and without the guest ever walking back into a hot room, because the room starts getting ready before they arrive rather than after.
The size of it
Why iHotel
The server sits in your building and the backups sit with you. Nothing leaves it unless you switch it on — the tax authority, the booking channels, your accountant's system.
The line to the outside world drops and the desk still checks guests in, the restaurant still sells, the locks still open. The building's own network is enough.
We bring across your rooms, room types, rates and opening balances, and we test the devices in a real room before a guest ever sleeps in it.
Saudi compliance
Some of this runs on its own. Some of it needs a credential only you hold — this says which is which.
Passes the tax authority's sandbox end to end — signed invoices, credit and debit notes, the printed code on the receipt. Going live needs your commercial registration, VAT number and a one-time activation code from the authority.
Arrivals and departures are reported automatically, once you enter your own credentials for each platform.
Fills the invoice and the booking form with a full address from a short code — once you supply your own service key.
Filed as a filing, not a report — finalising it locks the period behind it. A late entry becomes a correction on the next return, never a rewrite of one already filed.
Social-insurance contributions, the wage-protection bank file, and end-of-service settlements — calculated by the system, not worked out in a spreadsheet.
A ready report, alongside the other 81 in the system.
Why you can trust the numbers
Not a rule staff have to remember — the database itself refuses the second booking.
No rounding drift building up quietly the way a spreadsheet's does.
Every correction is a reversing entry. The audit trail only ever grows.
Settling the folio, posting the entry and issuing the invoice happen in one transaction — never half of them.
Long stay
A lease is a contract, not a night — with its own term, its own rent and its own schedule.
Who builds it
Questions
The front desk keeps checking guests in and out, the restaurant keeps selling, and the door locks keep working — all of it runs on your own network. Tax reporting and guest messages queue up and go out once the line is back.
Encrypted, with the key never stored beside the backup itself. A restore checks the whole file before touching anything, and refuses a wrong key or a damaged file rather than loading it.
Reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days before renewal, then a 14-day grace period. After that, check-in, check-out and the door locks keep working, and a checkout still posts to your books and issues its tax invoice — only the back-office screens close, until you renew.
Only inside a support window you open yourself, for a stated reason the engineer has to record — and you can end it from your own screen, at any point, mid-task.
Send us the model through a device ticket and we'll tell you what's possible. A bridge to other suppliers' lock software exists but is still a preview — it isn't sold as included, and we don't count lock brands as ours.
Both — in the packages that include them. One server does the background work; extra reception computers and extra properties are configuration, not a rebuild.
Yes: your rooms, room types, rates and opening balances come across, with a report that proves the balances match before you go live on it.
An annual licence per property. The mini-PC it runs on is priced separately. Every hotel also starts one plan tier above what it's contracted for, free, for six months from installation, then settles into the tier it's actually paying for.
How to buy
Each one is stated for what it actually includes, not as "everything above, plus…" — a room tier is the energy layer with the desk software that runs it, not the software plan with extras bolted on.
The entire accounting book and the whole property management system. No room hardware.
The guest-room energy layer, with the desk software that runs it — not the software plan with rooms added on.
Individual room control, editable scenarios, and the guest's own phone — plus full accounting and e-invoicing.
Every entitlement the platform ships.
Every hotel also starts one tier above what it's contracted for, free, for six months from installation — then settles into the tier it's actually paying for. Nothing recorded during that time is deleted.
