Features
Hotel PMS features, in one system
iHotel is a hotel management system (PMS) for the daily work of a hotel: reservations and the front desk, check-in and check-out, guest folios and billing, housekeeping and maintenance, double-entry accounting and point of sale. Room control, smart locks and per-room energy metering belong to the same system when a hotel needs them.

Front desk and reservations
Booking, arrival, departure and the guest folio sit on one screen. The desk sees each room’s status as it changes, so the front desk and housekeeping work from the same picture. Details on hotel reservations and booking channels.
Housekeeping and maintenance
Every room shows its state: occupied, under cleaning, or ready for the guest, and is sold only when vacant and inspected. Details on hotel housekeeping and maintenance.
Accounting and e-invoicing
Accounting is double-entry, so each charge posts to the ledger once. Details on hotel accounting. Electronic invoicing for ZATCA phase 2 has been tested end to end against ZATCA’s sandbox. Going live needs the hotel’s own commercial registration, VAT number and a one-time code from Fatoora. Details in ZATCA phase 2 e-invoicing and Saudi hotel compliance.
Point of sale and stock
Restaurant and outlet sales post to the guest’s folio or to the cashier, and stock moves with them. Details on the hotel POS.
Furnished apartments and long stay
Leases and rent schedules, utility recharge, and owner statements when the units belong to different owners. Details on serviced apartment management.
Rooms, locks and energy
The same system controls the room: lights, air conditioning, curtains and sockets, the room’s cards and locks, and the electricity each room uses. Details in GRMS guest room management, hotel door locks and key cards, and hotel energy management.
Questions
Common questions on this topic
Is iHotel a cloud system?
No. iHotel runs on a server inside the hotel, on the hotel’s own network. Reception, the restaurant and the locks keep working when the internet is down.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The interface is available in Arabic and English, and Arabic is laid out right to left.
How many reception computers can use one server?
Several reception computers on the same network can work with one server. The server alone runs the background jobs, so a charge is never posted twice.
Do I need a separate program for each department?
No. Reservations, the front desk, housekeeping, accounting and room control run in one system, so one booking appears in every department that needs it.
