Smart rooms

A smart room, and a stay worth remembering

Lighting, climate, curtains and door locks, set by the booking rather than by a separate app. The desk sees the state the guest is standing in.

Every room, live

Sold or free, occupied or empty, clean or being serviced, and what each one is drawing. The grid is the floor.

What the room does

A hotel that already knows what happens next

A rule is a trigger and what follows from it. Arrival, a door opening, a room going empty, a check-out being posted, a temperature, a time of day.

The guest

Everything from the guest's phone. No app to install.

The guest scans the code in the room and the controls open in the browser they already have — the room, the restaurant, the minibar, housekeeping, the bill and check-out.

  • Sign in by scanning a code — nothing to download
  • Requests reach the department that answers them
  • The folio, live, so there is no surprise at the desk
  • Arabic and English, from the same screen

Energy

Saving starts in the room

Climate eases back before anything is cut, presence is confirmed first, and a room being cleaned is left alone. Consumption is metered per room and reported per night, priced at your own tariff.

  • A gradual setback, never an abrupt shutdown
  • Occupancy confirmed before a load is shed
  • Rooms in cleaning and out of order are exempt
  • Unsold rooms can be powered down entirely

We do not publish a savings percentage. What a property saves depends on its tariff, its climate and how it ran before — we would rather measure it with you on a pilot floor than quote someone else's number.

Try it on one floor first

A pilot floor proves the wiring and the workflow before you commit the building.
