Reports and accounting
Better decisions start with numbers you trust
Ninety-four reports over a real double-entry ledger — every figure drawn from the records reception already creates, so the report and the books cannot disagree.
Accounting
Not a reporting screen bolted onto a booking system
A general ledger, suppliers and receivables, cash and bank, fixed assets, stock valuation and payroll — in the same database as the front desk. A folio posting is an accounting entry, because there is only one of them.
- Double-entry throughout, with posting controls and period close
- Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow
- Departmental profit and budget against actual
- The VAT return, built from the same entries
Reports, the books, and what you file
The report catalogue, the ledger behind it, and the returns it feeds.
Saudi compliance
Phase 2 tax invoices, raised at check-out
The invoice is signed and submitted for clearance as the guest leaves, and guest registration is filed from the booking reception already made — nothing is re-typed into a portal.
To be precise about it: the e-invoicing ladder is proven end to end against ZATCA's sandbox, with a Production CSID issued. Going live at your property is credentials, not code — your own commercial registration, VAT number and single-use Fatoora OTP. We do not describe that as certification, and we will show you the clearance log rather than a slide about it.
Ask for a report you think is missing
If it is not in the catalogue, we will tell you plainly whether it can be. And we will run the demo on your own opening balances.
